1. Booking and Payment Terms
- A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total service cost is required at the time of booking. This deposit secures your appointment and ensures that we can allocate the necessary resources for your service.
- The remaining balance is due upon collection of the vehicle or motorcycle. Payment can be made via cash, credit card, or bank transfer.
2. Specialized Products
- For specialized services, such as graphene coating, ceramic coating, Paint Protection Film (PPF), or vehicle wraps, products may need to be ordered upon confirmation of your booking. The delivery time for these products is dependent on our suppliers, and we will keep you informed of any delays or changes to the expected timeline.
3. Cancellations and Rescheduling
- Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled service. Failure to do so may result in the forfeiture of your deposit.
- In the event of a cancellation by SGVD Pty Ltd, a full refund of the deposit will be provided, or the booking can be rescheduled to a mutually agreeable time.
4. Service Conditions
- SGVD Pty Ltd reserves the right to refuse service if the vehicle or motorcycle is in a condition that is deemed unsafe or unsuitable for the requested service. In such cases, the customer will be notified, and the deposit will be refunded or held for a future booking.
- Any additional work or materials required due to unforeseen circumstances or vehicle conditions not disclosed during the booking will be communicated to the customer, and additional charges may apply.
5. Liability and Warranty
- SGVD Pty Ltd is not liable for any pre-existing damage to the vehicle or motorcycle, including but not limited to dents, scratches, or mechanical issues. It is the customer’s responsibility to inform SGVD Pty Ltd of any such conditions before the service.
- Our specialized products, such as graphene coating, ceramic coating, PPF, and wraps, come with specific warranties as provided by the manufacturers. These warranties will be discussed and provided to the customer at the time of service.
6. Collection of Vehicle/Motorcycle
- The vehicle or motorcycle must be collected within 24 hours of service completion unless other arrangements have been made in advance. SGVD Pty Ltd reserves the right to charge storage fees for vehicles or motorcycles not collected within this timeframe.
- SGVD Pty Ltd is not responsible for any loss or damage to the vehicle or motorcycle once it has been collected and left our premises.
7. Customer Responsibilities
- The customer is responsible for ensuring that the vehicle or motorcycle is in a clean and operable condition at the time of service.
- The customer must disclose any modifications, special conditions, or potential issues that may affect the service before work begins.
8. Dispute Resolution
- In the event of a dispute regarding the service provided, the customer should contact SGVD Pty Ltd within 7 days of the service completion. We will make every effort to resolve the issue amicably.
9. Governing Law
- This agreement is governed by the laws of South Africa. Any disputes arising from this agreement will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts located in Mossel Bay.
